Note:

It is typical if there is a dispute in relation to Parenting or Property matters alone, that the parties start with a half-day Mediation. A half-day Mediation is usually 4 hours in duration. If the parties are close to an Agreement but not quite there yet, Janelle will happily extend the Mediation at her hourly rate.

For more complex matters, or when parties are wishing to address both Parenting and Property matters, they usually elect a full-day Mediation. A full-day Mediation is 8 hours in duration.
